Wether you type "Gibraltar" or "Gibraltar Airport" into the search engine, you will see the results of the same suppliers. Only AVIS and BUDGET are at the Gibraltar Airport terminal. All other suppliers i.e. Goldcar, Rhodium, Europcar and Keddy are a short walk across the border to Spain.
Even if you are arriving by air to the airport, it can be advantageous to choose the suppliers in Spain (La Linea) as there can be long queues at the border crossing with a car.

Whichever location you choose, Airport or La Linea, you will be able to travel throughout Spain, as you will be supplied with a Spanish plated car.
